Data Breach

 Data Breach: Hidden Crime

What is data? It can be anything from as large as countries' internal database to as small as the last message you sent. To explain the term data theoretically, It is a collection of facts, such as numbers, words, measurements, observations. However, the theft we are talking about is related to Technological data or in common terms known as Computer Data.

In this new technological universe, Data has been the alternate to nuclear weapons and the military. The organization with the most abundant data which is directly related to the number of consumers are the ones leading the tech industries. Let's take an example of Facebook; you know there are over 2 billion users on Facebook that's more than a third of the population. Also, the value of Facebook aka (all 2 billion users) is nearly 600 billion dollars. How has the money that we even do not know is ours has helped Zuckerberg took his income to 100 billion dollars.

Data is money and we are giving money for free. Every form you fill on the internet has money you are giving to them, Ever got an email that has nothing to do with you, That's how your email address is sold by the companies. There have been many incidents where many companies have been caught with it, Such as Whatsapp, Facebook, Twitter, and many more where the user's data is sold in millions,

So be smart, Use social media or anything smartly, Do not allow anyone to use your information without your consent.
