Pokhara : A place where I want to have a home

Our country is full of places where I could live but if I have to choose one it would definitely be pokhara. There are many more beautiful places than pokhara like Mustang, Rara, Khaptad etc but what's the point of living there if you can't easily get basic facilities and services. And also there are places like Kathmandu which is the capital of our country and is even more beautiful culturally and equal in naturally but the climate, pollution and weather is that creates a massive difference.        Although these places are really beautiful but they are not suitable for residing for a long time but pokhara is not only equally beautiful as those places but you can get every kind of facilities like health care services, education and easy transportation too. Also the climate of pokhara is moderate and is best for living neither too hot nor too cold with some mild rainfall. For education Pokhara is home to Pokhara Univer...

Vaccination or medication for COVID-19?

Difference between medication and vaccinations?  2020 has been a rough year for everyone in this world. Nothing is left to be affected by this pandemic. Business, Tourism, Education and community everything has been affected by the COVID-19.       Every countries, medical professionals, labs are currently working day and night out to find the vaccine for the disease. Russia has recently announced that they had successfully made the vaccine hope it turns out affective.  Let's go directly on the topic. Vaccination and medication are two of the things in medicine that people gets confused a lot. But they are pretty different. Non medical people normally thinks they are synonyms or they are same. However that's not the case.     Vaccination is the process of giving vaccine to develop immunity system against a disease. Let us go on the deep about it. CAIE

How CIE graded the A levels results? My personal view.  This is only applicable for A2 students CAIE You may think who am I to have a view on this matter so I also received A2 predicted results and by talking with my friends and teachers about the result I came up with two things how cie graded the result and what the college impacted on it.  Altough many of the students had a very bad week even some of my friends had bad results but my grade were really good. I got straight 'a' in As with over 90 uniform percentile marks on the 4 A levels I sit during O/N 19 session so I was expecting 4A* and that is what I got. And the subjects were Chemistry, Physics, Computer Science and Maths.  So let's come directly to point. How did Cambridge really graded the students.  1. The most important thing they viewed during awarding grades was Institutions past history mainly the past 2 years. How can I say that? our college has produced a world topper in CS and national topper in ph...

Physics in fiction

Physics in fiction         You may think what does physics in fiction may refer to. It is how the laws of physics are acknowledged in the literature, movies, Web series and TV shows and in most cases what we get is just an imagination which is completely irrelevant to laws of science and merely there are some cases which justifies physics.              What will you get to see when you watch SCI-FI movies or series or if you read sci-fi novels? Mostly the theme of it will be time travel, space exploration, Aliens, robots and water, a dangerous communicable disease  that's all you will get to see. Might it be Christopher Nolans 'Interstellar' which shows a group of astronauts travelling through black hole and exploring space or James Cameron who has nothing to show except Aliens. And all of those things in the movies are not even proven scientific theories and just a hypothesis...

3 days on bus

3 days on Bus It was a long but a wonderful journey. Travelling on a bus for a hectic 1000km continuously is not normal for any people. Mostly the journey would take about 26- 30 hours but this journey was way longer than that for almost 48 hours.     This trip is about a bus journey from Kathmandu to Baitadi, a part of farwestern Nepal. So it was my uncle's wedding so we have to go to our village in the winter of mid February. We were 4 people altogether including me , my father, mother and brother.    The journey was not new to me. I have travelled this route at least 10 times. Crossing hills, scenes of mountains and everlasting fields of terai, the journey is full of adventures. The scenery during this travel can give you an idea of how Nepal looks. Our journey started at 12 am from the buspark.       However, the landslide stopped our way as a large stone blocked our road. The road wa...

Machine learning

Machine learning explained             Machine learning is study of computer algorithms that provide systems the ability to automatically learn and improve from experience. It focuses on development of computer softwares which can access the data and utilise it for next development or advancement. It is seen as a subset of Artificial intelligence.     Machine learning is used on different kind of applications such as email filtering and computer visions. Machine is closely related to computational statistics and on Data Science. The process of machine learninrg starts with observation and analysis of data. The main aim for it is to allow computers to learn to find something valuable from data for further development of the program.           B. Machine learning approaches  1. Supervised learning        Both the input as well ...
